18 for Israel Has Ended
Dear Fellowship Friend,
I sat frozen in awe.
Visiting a small Jerusalem apartment, I listened to Shoshanah, an amazing 86-year-old Holocaust survivor, tell me her life story.
Shoshanah lost six siblings during the Holocaust, witnessed her father die, and spent years in a small bunker hiding from the Nazis. The stories she told me from her war-ravaged childhood seemed so unimaginable.
Today, Shoshanah relies on The Fellowship for food. I am so thankful that, because of your help, we can still be there for her during her time of need
You have opened up your heart and hands for suffering Jewish people, like Shoshanah, through your participation in our 18 for Israel.
So many of you joined with me to raise thousands of dollars for The Fellowship’s first community fundraising ministry. We are already at work helping thousands of vulnerable Holocaust survivors, single mothers, and orphans with food, clothing, heating fuel, critical medicines, and other basic necessities with the blessings you helped raise.
Because of your help we have been able to meet many needs of impoverished Jews everywhere. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I ask you to pray for us as we make every effort to respond to these who are alone. Pray that God would raise up many more friends like you, who will help us care for those in need around the world.
With blessings from the Holy Land,
